Living room with charcoal accent wall and modular sofa beside a large window

Ottawa & Gatineau

Your listing gets three seconds on a phone screen.

Photos back in 24 hours. Video in 48. Flat rate per listing — fast enough to use on every one.

You priced it right, you got the sellers to tidy up, you brought it to market. And every buyer still meets it the same way — a grid of thumbnails on a phone. But proper media usually means a week of waiting and a price that only makes sense on the expensive listings. Therefore: photos back in 24 hours, video in 48, flat rate per listing.

A listing only launches once

The first forty-eight hours set the tone. That's when the alerts go out, when the listing lands in a hundred inboxes, and when buyers decide whether to book a showing or keep scrolling. By the time you fix the photos, the launch is over.

Phone photos become the default

Not because anyone prefers them, but because the alternative is slow and priced per project.

Dark rooms, blown-out windows

A buyer doesn't see a difficult exposure. They see a dark house and move to the next one.

The video never happens

Wait a week for a cut and the listing goes live without one. Every time.

What your listing looks like instead

Bracketed and hand-blended, so the room reads the way it feels when you walk in — and you can still see out the windows.

Try it on one listing, with the video on me

New agents only, one listing each. Book the $200 photo set and the $250 listing video comes with it at no charge — full shoot, both cuts, same turnaround. You find out what it does to your showing requests on one property before you decide whether it belongs on all of them.

What you actually do

Step 01

Send one text

The address and when it's ready. That's the whole booking. Most listings get shot within two days of the ask.

Step 02

Go about your day

Two to three hours on site for photo and video together. I work around the showing schedule, deal with the sellers, and leave the place as I found it.

Step 03

Launch on time

Photos in your inbox within 24 hours, video within 48. Sized for MLS, your site and social — nothing to crop or re-export.

Common questions

The things agents ask before the first booking.

How fast do I get the photos?

Photos are delivered within 24 hours of the shoot and video within 48 hours, by download link, sized for MLS, your website and social media.

What areas do you cover?

Ottawa, Ontario and Gatineau, Quebec. Travel is included within the region, and invoicing works on both sides of the river.

Can I get photos and video on the same visit?

Yes. A combined photo and video shoot takes two to three hours on site, and both are booked as one visit.

What does a listing cost?

HDR listing photography is $200 per listing. Listing video is $250, a social cut is $100, a Matterport 3D tour is $250 and floor plans are $75. Photos, video and a 3D tour together are $550 as a package instead of $700 separately. Taxes are extra.

How do I book a shoot?

Text or call 613-618-1947 with the property address and when it will be ready. Most listings are shot within two days of the request.

Do you work in French?

Yes. Shoots and all correspondence can be in English, French or Arabic.

The photos are the showing.

Most buyers will never stand in the house. They decide from a phone, in a few seconds, from whatever you gave them. That's worth doing properly on every listing — which only works if it's fast and the price is the same every time.
